Place Partners were commissioned by Stockland to prepare an Opportunities Report for the Point Cook Town Centre. The report was the first stage in an ongoing and iterative placemaking process. It was developed in conjunction with the Tactical Placemaking Strategy and provided a foundation for the Placemaking Strategy. The Opportunities Report summarised key findings from a document review, place audit and behaviour mapping, and provided the research foundation for the delivery of placemaking recommendations outlined within the Placemaking Strategy.
